Every year an area of the school undertakes a musical production involving all children in that syndicate in the magic of putting together a live musical performance. This forms the basis of the inquiry unit 'How We Express Ourselves'
Ashburton District Art Festival
Every year children extend their skills, learning new techniques working creatively towards producing excellence in visual art, the most effective pieces selected for the Ashburton Schools District Art Festival.
Todd Cup
A singing competition for soloists, the Todd Cup is long standing Borough School tradition. Children perform a solo of their choice with a live accompanist, in front of a very appreciative, supportive audience of family and friends. Many distinguished, very capable singers have participated in the Todd Cup over it's 50 year history, going on to further singing achievements.
